How to get what you want


Most people don’t get what they want.

Reason why?

They don’t spend time consciously creating it.

You see… you’ve probably been programmed by movies, music, and culture.

They’ve told you what to want.

It might be a nice car, a nice watch, a mansion, millions of dollars…

Or... if you listened to Lil Wayne: Pussy, Money, Weed.

But is that what you really want?

Or was it programmed into you?

Music is powerful. So is visualization.

What if you took a moment to consciously decide exactly what you wanted?

Then… what if you took a few moments (literally 30-90 seconds) each morning to visualize yourself stepping into that dream.

You must FIRST see it in your mind before you can create it.

Back when I was obsessed with snowboarding… I loved doing flips and spins off the jumps.

I could do frontflips, backflips, and 360’s in both directions.

The reason I could do these wasn't just because of practice...

I could VISUALIZE myself doing those tricks.

I could see ME doing them in my mind's eye.

But here’s what I couldn’t do.

540’s.

Even though it’s literally just an extra 180 added on to a 360… I couldn’t do it.

Not because it was ‘hard’.

But because I could never see myself doing it.

I couldn’t visualize it.

I could watch other guys do it. But for some reason, I couldn’t map that experience in my mind to ME doing the trick.

So… I couldn't do it.

I tried and tried... but it never worked out.

Yet front flips and back flips were easy for me.

Why?

Because I could see them in my mind.

And I believed I could do them.

I had seen myself doing them.

Interesting, isn't it?

So what does this mean for you?

Step 1: Decide what you REALLY REALLY WANT.

If you’ve been opening my emails… hopefully you already know what that is.

If you don’t… you’re life will continue to be mediocre, and you’ll eventually be replaced by AI.

Seriously. Take 10 minutes right now and figure out what you TRULY want.

Step 2: Spend 30-90 seconds each morning consciously focusing on what you want.

(This is best done before you touch your phone, first thing in the morning)

See yourself fully in the experience.

Notice what it feels like. Notice what you see. Notice the sounds you hear. Is there a smell?

Take it in. The more you can fully embody the experience. The sooner it will happen.

Feel the experience so deeply that you know it’s real.

Enter a state of knowing.

Understand that you already HAVE it.

Time just needs to catch up.

If you simply do the above every day… AND take the smallest, tiniest step towards that vision…

You’ll be surprised how quickly you get it.

Step 3: “Chunk down” this vision into smaller steps. Then take 1 small step forward each day.

How do you eat an elephant?

1 bite at a time.

Same for your biggest goals and visions.

Break it down into smaller steps.

Then decide what the next step is.

Ask yourself what it would look like if it were easy!

Then do it!

Right away.

This is literally all you need to do. Just be consistent.

Make a commitment to do this every day before you scroll social media, pick up a joint, have a drink or go to those ‘adult websites’.
